Returns
Eligibility for Returns
You may request to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

All parts, components, and original packaging must be included and arrive in the same condition as received.

Only normal product handling is acceptable; damage caused by improper or careless handling is excluded.

Any product for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days of receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that items have been used or damaged due to reasons not caused by us.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is received, we will provide you with the return address. Do not send returns to the sender address.
All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions if the purchase was made for purposes not predominantly related to commercial or professional activities.
Withdrawal Period
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
Because we use a fully automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately upon being placed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled until delivery is completed.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear written statement (e.g., email) of your decision. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipments in Transit
Because our goods are shipped from Asia, extended transit times may occur. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You may return the goods after receiving them.
To expedite the return process, please provide a shipping confirmation when available.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs resulting from choosing a shipping method other than the lowest-priced standard delivery we offer).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
Return Shipping Location
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense. We will provide the correct return address once your return request has been submitted.
